ASSOCIATION RE FORMED. A meeting «e» betd at the Chronicle office on Thursday evening. Mr N. C. Matthew presiding. There were also present: Messrs Matthew, H. Wilson. C. Botes, N. B Losk. MeKse. Elliott. T. Sesrancfee, and A. $. Gresham. It was agreed to rescocitate the ; association, and the following officer* were elected far the ensuing **ason:—President. Mr ft. C. Matthnw: vice-presidents. Messrs McNae. Pio Pio; Getagher. Mangapebi; MeLeod. Hangatiki; Henry ffetet. 11. Wilson. Te Kuiti: D. Turner. Otorohanga: On the motion of Mr Matthew, seconded by Mr Wilson, it waa decided to constitute tbe management committee of the above with toe inclusion of Messrs Worthington, Rothery. Lmk and Elliott, three to form a quonitn. Tbe secretary was instructed to write to Auckland for modern Referees' Association roles. the following members were appointed: Messrs McNae. Gattagber. Mel.eod. M Wilson. D. Turner. Cl Boles. Worthingtoo. Rothery. Losk, Elliott, P. Mora, and fiowerth.
