Sub-sec-tion D, of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913." notice is hereby given that the roll of the Kohua Special Rating Area is deposiied for public inspection at the Waitomo County Office, Te Kuiti, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., from June 3rd, 1919, to June Kth, 1919. Any person or persons whose name appears on such roll wa v . not later than seven days after the last d;»y on which the roll is deposited, lodge with the Waitomo County Council an objection to his or her name being included on the roll on the grounds that their property will not be benefited by the expenditure of the proposed loan.
