In the event of a notification of influenza being received, the patient should be removed to the nearest isolation hospital and contacts quarantined for 48 hoars. The services of businesmen to check accounts should be obtained. It would be as well for all persons to wear masks, and the fullest use should be ma4e of inhalation cbsmbfrs. Dr Valintine added that any suggestions as to other precautions would be gratefolly welcomed by bis Department.
