Every s:ch nomination must be made and signed by a member of the company and must have endorsed thereon the consent in writing of the person nominated. No nomination paper sball be received unless both the nominator and the nominee bave previously paid all calle then due by them. Every non-.hntioo paper must be left at the office, addressed to the secretary, and marked "Nomination Paper," at least 28 days before the date appointed for the meeting at which the election is to take place.
