A CANADIAN PROPOSAL. CHEAP IMPERIAL NEWS SERVICE. VANCOUVER, December 19. Major-General Mcßae lias prepared a memorandum for the immediate establishment of an inter-Imperial wireless news service to cover all parts of the Empire and to furnish all newspapers with the world's news at a very low cost. He proposes that Britain, in conjunction with the dominions and colonies, begins the construction of a British round-the-world news wireless, with all stations within the Empire, for a news service only. He estimates the cost at £4,500,000.
