HUN TALK OP HUMANITY. By Telegraph.—Press AssbciatiGvi.—Copyright Received 10.25 a.m. Amsterdam, Monday. A Berlin correspondent states that Germany,- through the Swiss Government, hßs proposed to the other belligerents the cassation of aerial attack in the rear zone, on the ground of humanity and the preservation of the movements of civilisation. It says that German aviators had been ordered to cease attacks, beginning in October.
