AUSTRUNS ADMIT SUCCESSES. London, Thursday. Reports from Bucharest announce u resumption of the Roumanian offensive. They state that the Roumanians have captured? many prisoners. An Au3trian communique Btates: —'Southward of Hatje.og, in Southern Transylvania, the Roumanians were completely driven back. We recaptured Putroaony and the Ssurdnk Pass. In the Carpathians the enemy continues to attack with great tenacity and has gained local advantages southward of Lutzina and Bistritsa. Everywhere elso we repulsed him."
