PRESIDENT WILSON'S POLICY.
NOT SUSPICIOUS OF JAPAN. Washington, Monday. Interviewed by a Times correspondent, President Wilson stated that he was not changing his Mexican policy. He was not suspicious of Japan meddling with Mexico, and had no grudge against JaDan because some Japanese were selling arms. President Huerta n -hided a number of journalists for their irresponsible sensationalism. The papers frankly published the rebuke.
