ARRESTED IN SYDNEY. By Telegraph.—"?ress Association.. —Copyright Received Tuesday, 9.20 p.m. Sydney, Tuesday. Nathaniel Bernstein, known as McKenna, appeared at court on a warrant issued at Auckland for extradition on a charge of stealing goods and money the property of Hannah Bros. Defendant said he was not guilty of any crime. The purchase was made on time payment. An order was made that defendant should be sent; to New Zealand. Bail was allowed, accused in £3OO and two sureties of £l5O.
