CRATCHINGS for various races must be in the hands of the secretary nut less than half-an-hour previous to advertised time of starting race. Fines will be strictly enforced. SIDE SHOWS, GAMES, ETC. NO PERSON who has at any time since the passing of "The Gaming and Lotteries Act Amendment Act, 1907," followed the occupation of a Bookmaker or Bookmaker's Clerk, no Disqualified or Undesirable Person will be admitted to the Te Kuiti Racecourse during the Summer Meeting, and if any such person is found on such course he will be removed therefrom and prosecuted for trespass.
