NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Waiiomo County Council at its next meeting to be held on Monday, November 17th. 1913, iti acccrdnee with the provisions of "The Counties Act. J9OS." "The Rating Act, 1908,'" and amendments thereto, to make and levy a General rate of five-eighths of a penny in the pound on the Capital \ aiue of all ratable property separately within the Aria Riding, Hnngat.il;i Riding, Waiiomo Riding, Otorohnnpa Biding, Paemako Riding. Te Kuiti Hiding, Mairoa Riding, and Te Rauamoa Riding wit!iin the Waiiomo County, and A Special Rate of five-eisrhtbs of a penny in the pound on the Capital Value of all ratable property within' the Mairoa Special Rating area* A special Rate of five-eighths of a penny in the pound on the Capital Value of all ratable property within the Honikiwi Special Rating area. A Special Rate of one-farthing in the pound on the Capital Value of all ratable property within the Mataparu Special Ratingarea. A Special Rate of five-sixteenths of a penny in the pound on the Capital Value of all ratable property within ths Otorohanga-Pirongia Special Rating area. A Special Rate of five eighths of a penny in the pound on the Capital Value of all ratable property within the Pukearuhe Special Rating area. A Special Rate of three-farthings in the pound on the Capital Value of all ratable property within the Tawanui Special Rating area. A Special Rate of three eighths of a penny in the pound on the Capital Value of all ratable property within the Caves Road Special Rating area. A Special Rate of a half-penny in the pound on the Capital Value of all ratable property within the Aria Special Rating area. A Special Rate of three-eighths of a penny in the pound nn the Capital Value of all property within the Han-gatiki-Waitomo-Ruakura Caves Special Rating area. And a Special Rate of a half penny in the pound on the Capital Value of all rat able property within the Mangaorino Special Rating area. Such rateß to be for a period commencing on the first day of April, 1913, and ending on the 31, st day of March, 1914, to become due and payable in one sum on the second day „of December, 1913.
