Te Kuiti, 29th October, 1913 We the undersigned, Butchers, of Te Kuiti, consequent upon a letter received as below, and from the continued high price of stock, have decided to Bell meat at the following prices only as from Saturday, November Ist: — Hamilton, 25th September, 1913. "Dear Sir, — i: We, the undersigned Auctioneers, have thin day agreed that on and after Vednesday, the Ist October, 1913, all Butchers' accounts are due fourteen days from date of purchase, and any accounts not paid within that time will be charged interest at the rate of eight per cent, per annum from date of invoice, and further, should any such accounts still remain unpaid after Thirty days from date of purchase, no stock wiil be delivered by any firm until such amounts are paid to the firm or firma to whom they may be owing. With regard to accounts owing by Butchers before this rule cornea into force, it will be necessary for them to make arrangements for payment with the particular firms to whom any auch amounts may be owing "The Auctioneering firms reserve to themselves the right to refuse to deliver any stock except for cash before delivery, if any firm has reason to believe that the fourteen days' credit should not be allowed.
