OFFICERS EXONERATED. [BY TKLEGR-VPII.— PKESS ASSOCIATION'.] Wellington, This Day. The magisterial inquiry regarding the stranding of the Indrabarah has concluded. The court found the cause of stranding was the strong westerly wind carrying the vessel south and eaßt.
