LARGE INCREASE. [BY TKLKGRAJ'H. —J'RIiSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, This Day. The Post understands that freight rates for wool to London this season have been fixed at five-eighths of a penny per pound, practically double last year's rates. Other descriptions of wool are charged in proportion.
