—-♦ - - MEN RETURN TO WORK. [BY TELIOniAI'H. I'RKSS ASSOCIATION".] Taumarunui, Friday. The men engaged on tthe construction of Te Koura railway line, who downed tools a day or two ago, have nearly all returned to work, and no further difficulty is anticipated by the District Engineer (Mr McKenzie). It transpires that the trouble arose largely as the result of internal dissensions in the working of the gangs, the work being arranged on a co-operative basis.
