The said resolutions will be submitted for confirmation to a Special Meeting of the Council to be held at the County Office, situate at Mangaroa, on SATURDAY, the seventh day of May., 1910, at 11 o'clock a.m. A copy of the proposed Special Order and By-laws is deposited at the County Office, Mangaroa, where the same will lie open for public inspection during office huros, until the said confirming meeting.
