TO THE RATEPAYERS OF TE KUITI RIDING: Ladies and Gentlemen,--I beg to thank you for the honour you have conferred upon me in electing mc as your representative on the County Council, and in doing so I desire to pay that it will be my constant endeavour to assist the Council in every thing that is for the advancement and progress of the district. I believe that this district is capable of being developed into one of the finest in the Dominion, and that the large majority of tbe ratepayers desire to see the County Council assiit in that development by the adoption of a forward and progressive policy, and this I will be found supporting as far as it is within the province of the Council to do so.
