DEATH OF MRS. HAZEL BOYD.
The death oewurred at the Kaikomurf Hospital on J»onday night Hazel Boyd, wfte of Mr Boyd, Mill Road, in fer 43i-d year. The deceased lady, vwo was the youngest daughter of the |ate Mr and Mrs Mark Yaxley, was bora and educated in Kaikoura, and had Elived all her life in the district, wasjof a most happy disposition, a fitauAh friend and neighbour and took keen interest in the Kaikoura Ladi s ’ Hockey Club, the AVomen’s Au iliary of the R.S.A., and other bodies, and was an adherent of St. Paul’s Pre byterian Church. She is survived by t sorrowing husband and seven young hildren, to whom the sympathy of the 'hole community will go out in their : id and untimely bereavement. The fi neral took place yesterday afternon, fthe large assemblage at the graveside, fend the many floral tributes forwarder testifying to the high esteem in wlfech she was held by all sections of the Community. The Rev. i John Mann was tlfe officiating minister. ‘
