VON PAPEN LEAVES TURKEY.

LONDON, August 7. The German Ambassador to Turkey (von Papen) left Istanbul this evening for Germany. The Daily Telegraph’s correspondent in Ankara says that he saw von Papen leave Ankara an Friday for Germany under a Gestapo guard. “The Ambassador was hemmed in by police and Gestapo officials, who kept off photographers.
