PUHI PUHI BRIDGE
OPENING CEREMONY ON SATURDAY AT 2 P.M.
The official opening of the Puhi Puhi Bridge will he performed at 2 p.m. on Saturday by the Hon. TL Semple, Minister for Public Works. The bridge is a truss structure of one span of 110 feet, and a width of lift Gin, and was constructed by Mr J. 4. Johnston, of Kaikoura. The settlors extend an invitation to residents to be in attendance. Hot water will be available. . The Minister will screen his Public Works picture at the Mayfair Theatre in the evening and deliver a short add ress.
