Mr Chris. Kennedy will run a special car on Saturday for the Brighton races. The death is announced of Miss Mabel MeLauehlan, fourth daughter of the bite Angus and Elizabeth MeLauchlan, late of Kaikoura.
On Monday afternoon Airs Raymond Gibson was taken to Wellington by a Buss Moth belonging to the New Zealand Aii horcc, piloted by .SquadronFindlay. Mrs Gibson underwent an operation at Wellington. Fdr the Suburban School concert a special attraction will be the performance of a one-act comedy, “Eldorado,” by Mrs Sabiston. Miss Mounoey, Mr K. Watson, and Rev. F. Robertson. This comedy is said to give scope to good characterisation and to develop some highly laughable situations.
