Bathing Fatality Near Greymouth
(Per united Pram Asm.) Greymontb, December 1 Cyril Kenneth Partridge, aged 19. a single man, living at 66 Marlborough atreet, Greymontb, was drowned while he was bathing at Flaherty's pool near Paroa this afternoon. It is understood that Partridge, whose body was recovered in 12 feet of water by Mr J. L. Boswell, was a poor swimmer and attempted to cross from one side of the pool to tbs other, but got into difficulties halfway aoross. Artificial respiration was nnsnoosssfol.
