SHIPPING MEN. SINKING- SHIP. (United Press Assn—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) POME, July 1. Six shipping men, including Doctor Aurigo, President cf the Geneva ‘Shipping Company, a captain and chief engineer, were arrested for causing the wilful sinking of the Italian cargo boat, Otranto, near Manilla, on 23rd of March, with the object of obtaining seventy thousand sterling from two Eritish insurance companies. It is alleged that cargo of a lesser value was substituted before sailing.
