Japan’s Warning to China Rec n 15 am Shanghai, Dec 23 General Honjo, commanding the Japanese forces in Manchuria, has issued a solemn warning to China not to interfere with their military movements, otherwise drastic action would be taken against any force attempting to hinder lha eradication of the undisciplined Chinese troops adopting banditry. All ambiguity regarding the intentions of the Japanese have been removed with the publication of the Tokio War Office statement, an- I nouncing its determination to remove the possibility of all future disturbance in Manchuria by drastic military action- against Chang Sueh Liang’s troops concentrated at Cbinchow.
