Tho second dirt track motor-cyclo ■meeting in Auckland was hold at Western Springs speedway tonight. Thera were numerous spills. C. Goodwin if ell and broke a collarbone. Results:— Improvers* Handicap. 1 mile.—A. Rfcljnrm (0.E.C.) lOsees, 1, P. Butler (A..T.8.) lOsecs, 2nd. Time 155 2-5. Speedway Handicap.— A. McLaren. (0.E.C.) lOsees, 1; H. Stevenson (New Imperial) lO&ecs, 2; Time 1.51 4-5. Big Twelve Handicap.—A. Mann (Australia) Douglas machine, ser, 1; C. Goldberg (Royafl Enfield) 4 secs, 2. Timo 1.45. Australian match race.—B. Perkins, on a Harley Davidson, narrowly defeated A. Mann (Douglas) dn 1.41, the fastest time of the evening. Six thousand spectators were present.
