The Government is studying British me'hods of c'ealing wi ! h submarines with a view to their adoption.

Ihese include a special tvpe of mine des.royers, trawlers and sea-going motor boats armed with light guns and also aeroplanes. A statement has been made that already sixty submarines have beendes'royed.
