A Solution) Suggested. ■>
LONDON, Oct I. In the House of Lords, Baron; St. Davids, suggested a personal British mission with a view of the solution of the Balkans problem. Lord Crewe replied that it was immaterial to Britain who occupied particular districts. They only desired boundaries drawn on racial and national lines. If 'the Entente Foreign Ministers could confer the chances of a I solution would be greater.
