German and Austrian Officers in Bulgaria.

Grey made a statement to the effect he regards as of the utmost gravity < the news that German and Austrian • officers have been arriving at Bulgaria to direct the army. Received this day, U ,a.ir ■ LONDON, Oct 1 j' Sir Grey, following; his: statement said information, received states Austro-Germah' officers for several days hav'e been "arriving in Bulgaria with a view to taking an active part in directing the army,. This action was, similar to that taken by Turkey in 1914, when German officers forced Turkey to unprovokedly attack Russia.
Since the Allied Power were bound to support States threatened by such proceedings in Bulgaria, the news is regarded as of the utmost gravity.
