Music Hall Ethics.
London, August 19. The engagement of Jack John* son, now in London, to appear in the suburban music halls has raised the question of music hall ethics. The Evening News declares the public do not want to see the chief figure in unsavory cases to appear on the stage. The varietyartists federation has arranged to discuss the question.
