{By Electric Telemraph'.) Per Press Association.—Copyright, London, March 3 The Central Glasgow El c io.i resulted: —Scott'Dickson 7290, Bowles 5185 kept Free Trade predominant. London, March 3 The Glasgow He.ald, sinking the fiscal issue for the time bung, supported Dickson. The Daily Ne>vs and the Chronicle claim the Tory seat was won when Free Trade was in danger, and n?reverted to Toryism, when free, trade had a majority ol 300. The Opposiiion were jubilant at the first victory of Tariff Reform in Sco'.hnd since the general election. The previous member wis A. M Torrance( Liberal) w'lo heided T. G. A. Ba'rd by 67 .0 to 6289 in 1906.
