In learning this evidence ho relied ou the judgment of the Privy Council in the Makin infanticide caie wherein it was held that the hearing of: an indictment for murder of one infant, evidence could be adduced of finding of other bodies in accuseds' garden. This objeot was to show that the death of Dorothy Edith was not the result of accident but a design. .Mr Hanlon, for accused, objected, intimating that he would carry his objection to the Supreme Court, but the Magistrate, ' Mr Povnton. admitted the evidence.
