No entry will be received for any of the above events except on this condition : — 'lhat all disputes claims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards whose decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of tt.is programme shall be final ond all law proceedings barred. 2. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, entrance money to be enclosed with name, age, and pedigree of the horse", name of the owner and colors of the rider. 8. No nomination will b& received without the entrance money. N.B. This regulation will be strictly adhered to. 4. In the event of any person entering a protest the sum of £2 must be lodged with the Secretary before such protest is considered. This sum to bo forfeited to the funds should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious. 5. All entries for Hack Races to be subject to the approval of the Stewards. 6.
