[To the Editor]. Sib, — Kindly alldw me spacfe in your columns to say a few words in auswer to a letter which appeared in the " Guardian " of Wednesday last. " Cosmopolitan " reminds us that he has oDly recently arrived in Keefton ; of that I am quite satisfied. He begins by calling our attention to the great speed at which vehicles are driven arouud corners; Surely a nun who has the welfare of Beeftonites bo much at heart would have taken the trouble to enquire whether oi not there existed a bye-law to rid U9 of this nuisance.
