The following particulars are published for • the information of intended exuibitore of n plans. The plans and proposals will be sub* i mitted to a body of judge*, composed of experienced miners, and such other persons as his Honor tho Superintendent may appoint, , and iv considering them the following points will bo kept in vie w :— . 1.
