CERTIFICATES OF TITLE ARE ARSOLUTELY INDEFEASIBLE.

ALL TITLES ARE GUARANTEED BY THE GOVERNMENT. On all Conveyances by Deed under the old system, the cost ol registration iv tho Deeds Registry, over and above the Solicitor's charge, is never less tliuii Fifteen Shillings, frequently ?ery much more ; while land which has been bought under the provisions of " The Lund Transfer Act " can be transferred at a total cost of Eleven Shillings where a whole sejtion is conveyed; and where only partis conveyed (and therefore a fresh Certificate of Title is necessitated), of Thirity-one Shillings, which js the highest sum allowed by the Act, no mutter what the yalue or area oi the land. Under the Regulations in lorco on aim alter the Ist January, 187&, the charge for Certificutes ol Titles issued upon Alciiioranria of .transfer is reduced to 'len Shillings in all cases whero the valuo of the land is under Ten Founds. s The total cost of oxecutitig a mortgage or lease of land, registered mitluy the Act, i?
