TRAFFIC OFFENCE
NO WARRANT OF FITNESS WHITIANGA FARMER FINED
At the October sitting of the Magistrate’s Court in Te Aroha before Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M., Emery Stanley Blade, farmer, of Whitianga, was fined 10/- with 10/- costs for having no warrant of fitness for the motor car he was driving on the Te ArohaMorrinsville main highway on July 30, 1950. Constable Carson said the car had met with an accident at Waitoa and had run into a drain. The driver could not produce a warrant of fitness.
