R. McCall to represent K'.'tho council and give evidence at the t sitting of the Locensing Control Comar - mission which will be held at Thames ¥ ; -on,November 1. It is the opinion of the council that £\-iths hotel at Tairua should be a twotVsttir hotel with 9 to 10' bedrooms and view is to be placed before the Commission. It is understood that the -opinion of the council was unanimous M>fbr the retention of the license. A of settlers are to give eviand Mr H. L. Boughton of Waihi |SWI| present the case for the retens&i&S of the license.
