SOFTBALL CLUB
TO BE REFORMED
MEETING HELD' TN PAEROA
’The Paeroa Softball Club, which has been in recess for some time, is now to be revived and recently a meeting was held in Paeroa when it was decided to reform the club. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year:— President, Mr C. O’Brien; vicepresidents, Messrs A. Clark, W. Fathers, H. C. Fair, D. McWatters and R. Hughes; secretary, Mr J. McLeod; committee, Misses I. Hayes, B. Hayes, D. Mathieson, E. Buckthought, Messrs W. Corrigan, R. Nevin, J. Sherson, with power to add. The election of a chairman was left in abeyance.
It was resolved that the season be opened on October 28 and that practices be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. ___
