MIRS 'WILLIAMS WINS TROPHY

MRS HANDLEY PLAYS WELL

Paeroa lady golfers played a bisc bogey on Saturday last for Mrs L. W. Flank’s trophy and the A grade players provided a close finish with Mesdames Williams, Burke and Walker all finishing one down. Mrs Williams won the match on the count back.

In the B grade Mrs C. Handley proved an easy winner with a card of three up, a meritorious performance allowing for a reduction of five in her- handicap.

On Saturday next an L.G.U. match will be played and the draw is as follows :—
