Pursuant to Sections 6, 7 and 8 of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, NOTICE is hereby given that the RATEPAYERS* LIST of the above Board, prepared in accordance with the provisions of the said Act is open for inspect ion at the office of the Board at Ngatea , Where it may be' inspected during office hours without fee by all persons interested therein. Any person, who considers himself aggrieved by the insertion of or incorrectness of any matter in the said list or the omission of any matter therefrom, may object to the same. Any such objection should be lodged in writing with the Registrar of the Magistrate’s Court at Thames and a duplicate thereof should be left at the office of the Board at Ngatea. NOTICE is further given that the Magistrate will sit to hear all such objections and finally revise the said List at the Courthouse at Thames on Tuesday the 14th day of November, 1950, at 10 a.m. Dated at Ngatea this 11th day of October, 1950.
