Objections to the lists must be made in writing addressed to the Clerk, Box 1, Te Aroha, not later than noon on 'the aforesaid day. The Magistrate will sit at Te Aroha to hear all such objections ■at 2.0 p.m. on the 25th day of October, 1950. Note: The grounds for objection may be:— (1) That being a Ratepayer of of Board a person’s name is omitted from the list.
