FARMERS POWER UNITS REMIT FROM COLVILLE THE REPLY OF THE MINISTER
Because numerous farms in the Coromandel peninsula and in many other parts of New Zealand are not yet served with electric power, a remit urging that power units be imported, free of duty and sales tax for farmers so situatd, was moved by Mr A. J. Goudie of Colville and carried af the last annual provincial conference of the Federated Farmers of New Zealand (Auckland province).
