TABLE TENNIS
OPENING NIGHT SOON PLAY TO START AT THE BAY The secretary of the newly formed Whitianga Table’ Tennis Club, Mr M. George, reports that within a week or so there should be at least six tables available for play. As, soon as tables are available an opening night will be held and’, while regarded as ; a winter sport, players see no reason why playing nights should not continue until the holiday season. In any case the club will be in good running order for next season.
