BASKETBALL CLUB FUNCTION
VERY ENJOYABLE EVENING
A basketball .practice match played at Coromandel on Saturday on the school courts between A and B teams resulted in a draw, the score being three all.
In the evening |he basketball club held a dance in St George’s hall, when there was a very good attendance and an enjoyable evening was spent. . Music was supplied by Mrs D. Stewart and Mr Hart, and an extra foxtrot was played by Mr Hans Browne. The Te Papapa footballers were present and filled the ranks of the menfolk, which are always short at the dances. I
