Members of the Thames-Hauraki Plains federation attending the Women’s Institute conference in Christchurch are:—Mrs A. M. Lithgow of Waikino (Dominion councillor), Mrs F Symes of Marynarua, (federation representative) and Mrs M. C. Marceau (Turua representative). Mr and Mrs P. E. Benner of Ngatea are holidaying in Wellington. Mr and Mrs H. Hayward of Otorohonga are the guests of Mr and Mrs W. J. Baxter of Ngatea.
Mr Don Cocks of Auckland has been on holiday, staying with his parents, Mr and Mrs W. E. Cocks of Ngatea.
