PROTEST TO PAEROA UNION REPLAYING OF JUNIOR MATCH “The players ef this dub will not be available for tive matches or club football matches until the Paeroa Rugby / Union gives further and more favourable consideration to our pretest*' was the resolution carried ■et a special meeting of the Netherton Football dub held on Wednesday night last. ■•

The special meeting was called io consider the resolution of the management committee of the Paeroa Rugby 'Football Union that the junior match which had been scheduled to be played on Sunday last be played at a later date.

The grouhds for the protest of the Netherton club, were set out as follows:—

•1. That the, games were laid down to be played by the union because of the strong advocacy of the delegate of v the United club. 2. That the games were duly fixed 'by the union to be*played bn a certain
