WAITAKARURU CLUB VISITED
\ • 7 . The Waitakaruru Indoor ; Bowling . -Club had the pleasure of entertaining five teams 7 from the Kerepehi club on Monday, July 16,. when there were over 60 players in the hall. To make\up six /Kerepehi teams, several Waitakaruru members were . placed in one of the visiting teams so that each side then had six teams. Four rounds of five heads were played, Kerepehi being successful in winning all four games. The winners were as follows:—
Miss Margaret Hawkins, and Messrs Scott, Elvidge and Bert Manhire (skip).
