A request ito have the power pole on the earner of the main (highway" and the old Te Aroha road shifted with a view to eliminating a possible danger to motorists at that locality was recently made by the Paeroa Borough Council to the Thames Valley Electric-Power (Board and at the July meeting of. the council a letter was received from the (power board stating that the cost of removal would amount to £6/3/-.
