LODGE NGATEA
MEMBERS FAREWELLED
VISITORS FROM KEREPEHI
The usual monthly meeting of the Loyal Ngatea Lodge was held on the last Monday of May when N.G. Sister D. Baxter presided. After the usual business was transacted the members of the lodge took the opportunity of bidding farewell to Sister and; Brother D. Williamson, who left the district some time ago to take up residence in Thames. Brother D. A. Waite introduced the guests of the evening and Brother Baxter on behalf of the lodge made a presentation to Sister and Brother Williamson. He expressed the regret of the lodge at loosing two such good members as they had been and wished them all the best in their new home. Brother Williamson suitably replied. Visitors from the Loyal Kerepehi Lodge were also present and after a delicious supper the evening was spent playing bowls.
