Public Notices OHINEMURI ; COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD CLASSIFICATION NOTICE ROAD CLASSIFICATION IN OHINEMURI COUNTY NOTICE is hereby given that the Ohinemuri County Council proposes, subject to the approval of the Minster of Transport, to classify the following roads as herein indicated. Any person objecting to the proposals is called upon to' lodge notice in writing before the 26th May, 1950, of his objection and of the ground thereof at the office of the Council, the address of which is Belmont Road, Paeroa. Roads proposed to be classified in Class Three:—Available for use thereon of heavy motorvehicles as specified in table subjoined hereto:— All Main Highways and all other roads in the County of Ohinemuri under the control of the Ohinemuri County Council'. TABLE OF WEIGHT LIMITS CLASS THREE ROADS:— Two-axled heavy motor-vehicle not being a trailer and not drawing a trailer(s): Axle weight:— 5 tons. Multi-axled heavy motorvehicle or heavy motor vehicle drawing trailer (s) (inclusive of the trailer (s)) or heavy motorvehicle being a trailer: Gross weight:—l6 tons.
